Ndudi Kiwekuzi Onyibe was born April 3, 1956 and finished his secondary education at the Fatima College in Ikire Oshun State in 1973. He proceeded to Regional Maritime University (Formerly Ghana Nautical College) in Ghana and obtained his degree as a Phase I & ll Cadet Engineer (1974-1976)

From 1977 to 1978, he became a phase lll Cadet Engineer at the Hackney College Poplar London where he obtained the Advance & Supplementary Marine Engineer Technician Certificate. He further attained the rank of 4th Engineer in the same institution in 1980 and afterwards proceeded to Marine & Technical College South Shields, England.

In 2004 he attended the International Survey Bureau ISM Auditors Course in Piraeus, Greece and became a Surveyor/Auditor in International Safety Management and Pollution Prevention. He proceeded for an advanced course in International Ship and Port Facility in the same Interantional Surveys Bureau in 2006 and in 2009 attended the Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry (LISCR)- Harmonized ISM and ISP Lead Auditors course in Manila, Philippines.

His working experience over the years traversed many Maritime Agencies – Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Phoenix Register of Shipping as a Technical Adviser on Nigeria, African Marine Surveyors Limited, Panama Bureau of Shipping, Honduras Maritime Inspection, a member of the Marine Board of Investigation.

Kiwekuzi is a professional member of Institute of Marine Engineers UK and Nigerian branches and also Associate member of the Nigerian Environmental Society.

He became born again in 1997 and ever since has been devoted to the worship and service of Jesus Christ and consequently was ordained a Deacon in April, 2002 and in 2014a pastor in Cornerstone Anointed Church of Christ.

Kuzi as he is popular known is married to Anne Onyibe and are both blessed with six children out of which are two sets of male twins.
