GEORGE NII ASHAAKU CECIL-AMOO’s Profile
George Cecil- Amoo was born in 1957 in Accra, Ghana. He had his primary and secondary education at Aggrey Road Primary and Middle School from 1963 to 1967 and then proceeded to the Institute of Building Technology, Nkwaka, Eastern Region, Ghana in 1974 and graduated in 1978.
Relocating to Nigeria, he enrolled at the National Teachers Institute, Obanikoro, Lagos in 1990 and finished in year 2000. In 2002 he enrolled at the University of Lagos, Akoka to study Guidance and Counseling and completed the course in 2006.
On arrival in Lagos, George Cecil-Amoo worshipped at El-Shaddai Bible Church and later joined Cornerstone Anointed Church of Christ in 1995 where he got married to Dinah Cecil-Amoo in 1996 and was ordained a pastor in 1997.
George and Dinah are blessed with one child- Elsie who currently is undergoing her Master’s degree program in Accra, Ghana.
